Calculate the hours worked, record the break time and miles driven using a self created digital time tracking app.
1. Add start- and endtime
Add two Time-widgets to the form. The first one you give the Label Start Time and the second one you give the Label End Time. Then click Save.
2. Add break time
Add a Radio-widget to the form. Click on the pencil to edit the widget and click on the Advanced mode in the lower right corner. The ID and Email label are now visible. You can add the break time to the Options. In the ID field of an option you place the options in the way that MoreApp can calculate. 0 minutes of break equals 0 in the ID field and 60 minutes of break equals 1 in the ID field. To calculate the correct numbers for anything between 0 and 60, divide the number of minutes of break by 60. Example: 15 : 60 = 0,25. Click Save.
3. Calculate Time-Difference
4. Calculate total worked hours
Download the Calculation-widget from the Marketplace.
This widget can be found in the Widgets tab under the Installed tab. Add the Calculation-widget to your form and fill in as a Label Total worked hours. In this case, the Operator is the minus sign, the Calculation Terms are Hours worked and the break time (minutes). Click on Save.
5. Add Mileage
Finally, add two Number-widgets to your form. Name the first: Start mileage and the second End mileage.
Then add a Calculation-widget and give it the Label Total mileage. The Operator is the minus sign and the Calculation Terms are End mileage and Start mileage. Click on Save.
Congratulations! You have now created your own time tracking app!
