Did you experience issues with mails not being sent on February 4 and 5?
The reason for this is that the mail provider we use, Mandrill, experienced some issues. There was nothing we could do about the issue at hand, so we had to wait until they got it resolved. As of now, all registration mails should go through as expected. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused for you.
How can you still access the PDF reports and receive the emails?

- Some emails will be sent automatically after some time.
- If the emails are not being sent, you can resend the registrations to send the emails, here you can read how.
Resending registrations will cost you extra credits, so send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the amount of extra credits used and we will refund them to your account!
