This feature is available in the Tree and Forest plans. Check our plans.
1. Users page
Go to the Users page in the MoreApp Platform and click on Manage roles.
2. Create new role
Click on + Create new role and give the role a Name. For example, Manage Instructions and click on Create. The role will be added under the header: Custom roles. Now you are able to configure the role and set the right permissions.

Create a form within a folder you have access to
Edit and publish form
Create new folders
Add form to folder
Add/move to a folder you have access to
Remove form from folder
Remove from a folder you have access to
Update name, description and icon
Submit form in the app to create a new Submission
View submissions for a specific form
Delete submissions for a specific form
Update submissions for a specific form
Create instructions for a specific form
View instructions for a specific form
Complete instructions for a specific form
Revoke instructions for a specific form
Manage all forms & folders
Create, view and update ALL forms & folders
Manage all submissions
View, delete and resend submissions for ALL forms
Manage all instructions
Create, view and update instructions for ALL Forms
Manage user & access
Manage access for all users, invites and groups
Update your subscription, billing details and payment method. View your invoice and historic usage
Manage data sources
Create, view, update and delete all data sources
Create, view, update and delete all webhooks
Create, view, update and delete all templates
4. Example Manage Instruction
In this example we create a custom role for a specific group or user to create, view, complete and revoke instructions.
Go to the specific user or group. Click on Permissions and select on the right side of the form the custom role.
