It can happen that submissions are not sent when you fill in a form. You can find the submissions in the queue under the Registrations tab of the app. Read how to send the pending submissions.

1. Go to the Registrations tab
Access the Registrations tab and send the submissions manually. Click on Upload all and the submissions will be processed.
2. Check the connection
Check your connection. It may help to change the internet connection to 4G and WiFi.
3. Update the App
It’s possible that you do not have the latest version of the App. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and check if there is any update available.
Tip: If you can not update the app, logging out and in may solve the issue.
