Configure the description of your digital forms in order to give some information to the users and to make it easy to find an instruction, submission, or draft in the app.
1. Description of the form
Once you have logged into the Platform select the Form you would like to edit and click on Edit Form. Now, you will be able to go to the Settings tab and configure the Description.
Add text to the Description box in order to give tho users some extra information about the form in the app.
Click Save & Publish and the forms will look like this in the app for Android, iOS and Web.
2. Description in the app
You can also configure the Description in app. To do so, you can use the placeholders by clicking the turquoise buttons or insert any descriptive text of your choice.
With the description in app a draft will automatically be saved with an unique name. Also the description in app makes it easier to find a sent item or an instruction in the app.
