You can cancel your subscription on the Billing page of the MoreApp Platform.


Note:

  • Only Account Owners and users with Billing rights can cancel the subscription.
  • If you have an open invoice, you can’t cancel your account.


Go to the Billing page, click on More options in the right upper corner and select Cancel Plan.



A pop-up will appear so you can Confirm the cancellation.



After the confirmation, you can use our Product until your billing cycle ends. When your billing cycle ends, your submissions will no longer be processed. You can still access your account to view and export your data for 30 days. After 30 days, your account will be deleted.
