We want to help you in the best possible way! Use the following tips to check if your app runs well:

  1. Check if the app is up to date
    Make sure you are using the newest version of MoreApp. You can check it in the app itself. Download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store. Here you can also find which version you are currently using.

  2. Check if you are using the latest version of iOS or Android.
    Make sure you have installed the latest software version on your device.

  3. Check your time settings
    Make sure the time on your device is set correctly. You can set this to automatic in the Settings of your device.

  4. Check if your email address is correct
    Make sure you access the App with a valid email address. 

  5. Check if you have access to our Web App
    Try to access with the same username and password.

  6. Check if you can access the Platform
    Try to access with the same username and password.
    Note: To access the Platform, you will need to have Form Manager rights as a user.

  7. Try to log in with another device
    Try to access the App using another device with your username.

  8. Try to log in as another user
    Try to access the App, on the same device, using another username (email).

  9. Check your location settings
    Go to your device Settings and check if the Location is activated for MoreApp. Turn it on and off.

  10. Force quit the app in the background

Error Messages

  • When you receive the error message “ERR_ANDROID_NO_INTENT”, on your Android device, it means Android is not able to find a browser to open the login screen in What can you do? Install a browser like Google Chrome and try to log in again.

  • When an "Invalid ID Token" error appears after you added your email and password, it could be related to an issue with the time of your device. Check your phone settings and verify if the hour is set as automatic. We suggest enabling this option.
