Our support service includes the following:

  • Making sure our Help Center is up to date

  • Our support colleagues are happy to help you via chat, email or phone from Monday til Friday between 09.00-17.00.

  • We strive to get back to you within 48 hours.

  • We give advice and share useful Help Center posts to help you get started.

  • We make sure to pass on your valuable feedback and add your feedback to our Feature Requests if applicable.

Our support service does not include:

  • Providing support with HTML. If you want to customise your PDF report with HTML we have some useful Help Center posts to assist you.

  • Creating custom work like integrations and widgets.

  • Assisting you with setting up integrations.

  • Creating new passwords.

  • Uploading data sources.

For our Forest Customers, we offer an exceptional service called Dedicated Support. This means your questions will always be given our priority.
